Step 8: Click on the Next button to further select the network for the extension.

Step 9: The extender will scan for the nearby extenders. So, from the list, select the name of your network, and enter the password if required.

Step 10: Click on the Next button, and select the SSID for your extended network if you want.

Step 11: Finally, click on the Extend button. Wait for a few seconds for the extension of the network with router and Rockspace extender.

If you will see the two solid blue LEDs lighting on your Rockspace extender. So, place it on the desired place like near to the dead zone. So, connect your wireless devices with the extender’s network from anywhere which was earlier not possible. 

2. WPS Method

You can use the WPS method if your main WiFi router has the WPS feature. If it is so, then you just need to go with the following steps:

Step 1: First, connect your Rockspace extender to the power source.

Step 2: Wait for the blue LED to light in the solid color when it gets started properly.

Step 3: Press the WPS button on the extender.

Step 4: Next, press the WPS button on your Rockspace extender as well till the LED starts blinking.

Step 5: It will start searching for the nearby networks and will get connected to your main network.

Step 6: On the successful connection, the two solid blue LEDs will start lighting on your Rockspace extender.

So, after this, you can connect your wireless devices to the Rockspace extender’s network. As it covers more area, there won’t be any need for the other extender.
